MACHINING CENTER MEGA-FLEX - Specifications

• MF 635 = Maximum work piece dimensions which can be processed = 60.250 x 3.500 x 950 mm
• We construct any length of these models on demand.
• Rapid X = 50 m/min, rapid Y = 60 m/min, rapid Z = 60 m/min,

WORKING AREA AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• All models are standard delivered with safety fences on the left, right and back side of the machine.
  The front side is protected with a CE certified led safety curtain to protect the working area.
• As an option all our models can be equipped as 2 working zones with CE safety scanner. The great advantage of scanners is that there are no barriers in the middle of the machine, which makes loading and unloading a lot easier when switching from 2 zones to 1 large working area.

MACHINING CENTER MEGA-FLEX - Specifications 5-axis spindle - 25 KW

• 20 kW (S1), 25 kW (S6) - 22.000 RPM – HSK-A63 tool holders.
• The spindle is water cooled with an airco system.
• CNC rotation of the spindle (A-axis) between -110° and +110° - rapid = 300°/sec
• CNC rotation of the fork (C-axis) between -225° and +225° - rapid = 300°/sec
• Maximum tool length 220 mm - longer tools possible with manual tool change
• Maximum tool diameter is 700 mm

2nd X-AXIS (Patented) & VERTICAL CLAMPING SYSTEM (Patented)

• Second X axis X2 “patented system” of 1.000 mm travel for high dynamic machining possibilities:
•  Operations below 1.000 mm in X and full width in Y-axis  can be done by this separate X2 axis with higher speed than main X axis.
• Vertical clamp system “patent” left & right on column due to second X axis X2 in order to minimize vibrations by panel working

Mubea’s double X system in combination with Mubea’s patent vertical clamp system for panels gives important advantages in the processing of panels:

• An important decrease of the vibrations during processing
• Use of smaller tools : high speed cutting = better finishing
• Measuring possible without unclamping of the panel
• Better and more accurate end work machining of the panel
• Vertical clamp system for panel working “patent” left & right on column.
• Different vertical clamps can be put on any position in the Y direction.
• Height of the bridges are adjustable over the PLC.
