- In production we put our machines together with an optical laser of Leica to guaranty the accaracy of the geometry of the machines.

Machine accuracy for Dyna-Flex Alu-Flex, Profile-Flex, Multi-Flex and Mega-Flex

- During installation we bring an optical laser of LEICA with us to re-check the geometry of the machine.
- Depending the concrete floor we suggest to re-check the geometry of the machine each 2 years.

- X-axis: +/- 0.025 mm/m = +/- 0.001”/39.4”
- X-axis: +/- 0.050 mm/10m = +/- 0.002”/394”
- Y-axis: +/- 0.025 mm/m = +/- 0.001”/39.4”
- Z-axis: +/- 0.025 mm/m = +/- 0.001”/39.4”
Optional temperature compensation
- When the environment tempeture rise:
- the thermal expasion of the steel frame fo the machine is 0,011mm/m/°C ( = 0.0000061”/”/°F ).
- the thermal expasion of the almuminium part is 0,022mm/m/°C ( = 0.0000122”/”/°F ).
- Otional there is a temperature compensation available which will compenstate the difference in thermal expansion between the steel frame ands the almuminium part.
