- We use 840D for all our 5-Axis Center Profile-Flex.
- The controller on wheels is a standard option.
- All listed options below are available for the 840D Controller.

- We use 810 D for all our 3- and 4-Axis Center.
- The controller on wheels is an option.
- All listed options below are available for the 810D controller.
NUMERIC CONTROLLER – SIEMENS 840D/ 810D – 15” TFT SCREEN
Siemens NC 840D/ 810D - PCU 50:
- Celeron 1.2Ghz processor
- 256 MB Ram
- 15" TFT color flat screen
- Operating panel with :
- Emergency button
- Regulation of the RPM
- Regulation of the Feed
- Qwerty panel
All controllers are delivered with:
- Tele Service Software from SIEMENS.
- Modem for teleservice
- Network for downloading programs
- USB connection for in or export programs
- Scroll ball (mouse) for operating
Mubea software optionally available:
- Barcode reading (scanning) for downloading or/and start correct program.
- Barcode printing for identification of produced parts.
- Graphic information on how to load the part on the machine, information about the clamps like used jaws, used supporblocks etc.
- Profile 3D software with 3D simulation.

NUMERIC CONTROLLER – SIEMENS SINUMERIK SERVICE CONTRACT
- Standard all our machines will be delivered with a Siemens Sinumerik service contract of 2 years worldwide. In the Benelux area only 1 year. This is a minimum requirement. The SINUMERIK Service Contract can be extended to up to a maximum of 5 years before delivery of the machine. Once delivered, the contract can no longer be changed.
- In the electrical cabinet of the machine there will be a sticker of SIEMENS with the reference number of your specific service contract.
- What kind of service is included in this contract:
- All parts of Siemens Sinumerik
- The traveling cost including lodging, rental cars, etc
- The working time
- The price of the contract depends on the number of axes of the machine and its options:
- For a 5-axis machine, e.g. the PROFILE-FLEX, there are 7 axes in total, according to:
- X, Y ,Z, A and C-axis = 5
- Spindle = 1
- Tools turret = 1
- For a 4-axis machine, e.g. the ROTA-FLEX 3300, there are 5 axes in total, according to:
- X, Y ,Z, A-axis = 4
- Spindle = 1
- For a 5-axis machine, e.g. the PROFILE-FLEX, there are 7 axes in total, according to:
NUMERIC CONTROLLER – VIDEO SYSTEM
- It can be very helpful to have a video screen on top of the controller to visualize the machining taking place in the spindle hood.
- Standard deliverd with 4 cameras inside of the machine.
- Operating panel under the video screen to swith over from one camera to the other or to put 4 camera's at the same time on the screen.
- As an option we can record the fabrication on a DVD.
- As an option we can put the live video on the internet.

BAR CODE LABLE PRINTERS & BAR CODE SCANNERS
- We can equip the controller with a barcode label printer to identify the finished products.
- We can equip the controller with a barcode reader for automated downloading of program files, while showing how to load the part on the machine.
